Workshop Description
In a world of constant change, what shouldn't change is children's vision. Join Dr. Felicia Timmermann as she breaks down the simplest ways to achieve myopia management success. Every parent deserves to know the truth. Share it in a way that gets them to yes.
Workshop Speaker 
Dr. Timmermann is a pediatric optometrist and a member of the Professional and Academic Affairs team at CooperVision, where she serves as the Senior Manager of Myopia Management. She earned her optometric degree with honors from the Illinois College of Optometry and completed a residency in pediatric optometry at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center in the department of ophthalmology. She also obtained a Master of Science in Global Health from Northwestern University. Prior to starting with CooperVision in April 2022, Dr. Timmermann worked in pediatric ophthalmology at St. Louis Children’s Hospital/Washington University in St. Louis and Nova Southeastern University, where she served as the Chief of Service at the NSU Eye Care Institute – KID Clinic and the Director of the myopia management service. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Optometry and a member of the American Optometric Association, Florida Optometric Association, and World Council of Optometry.
