Candidate Requirements: * Ability to provide enthusiastic and concise communication, and foster positive patient relationships. * Attentive to details, preforms accurate work, reviews prescriptions & identifies special needs, consults with the Doctor as needed. * Demonstrates product knowledge; is able to accurately describe features & benefits of various lenses & frames. * Assist with organization and cleanliness of office appearance. * Maintains proper dress code. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Positive attitude, excellent customer service, and problem-solving skills. * Team Oriented. * Professional. * Great at multi-tasking and prioritizing. * Coachable Personality. Essential Duties: * Custom fits glasses & precisely places prescription in lenses. * Takes & records measurements, adjusts or fits eyewear correctly, thorough & exact in details; ensures patient is 100% satisfied with the finished eyewear. * Presents, and educates patient at pick up.
